Returned items must be in their original form (not worn, altered, washed) and have all original tags/labels attached.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items show any signs of wear, alterations, misuse, animal hair, smoke or any damage. We will notify you via email if refused.
You must file a return form by emailing info@pittsburghstones.com within 30-days of receiving your order, prior to shipping anything back.
Original form of payment refunds may take 2-3 business days for your bank to finalize once we issue a refund. You will be notified about any refunds, store credit codes, or exchanges via email that was used to place the order.
Returns/exchanges may be subject to a small shipping label fee.
All digital and non-physical items are final and return requests for refunds or store credit will not be approved. Size exchanges are the ONLY exchange allowed.
Only items purchased at pittsburghstones.com can be returned.
